Mark set up New Era boxing in 2011 after recognising the lack of boxing clubs within the area. New Era boxing is now firmly established in the area and Mark now is working on extending the club beyond its current capacity with the support of the clubs partners. Mark oversees all of the coaching at the club and works in partnership with Tom Bunby (See below) to develop outside activities, competition and development of the club. Mark also runs schools sessions and boxing projects locally and has worked with numerous students through education programmes.
Glyn joined the club in 2011 and has since then been a major part of preparing members to develop their skills, tactics and fitness to be able to their very best.
Rob works across all ages at the club focusing of skills development and supports competitors in preparation for competition.
Carrie Anne is also qualified as a fitness instructor and personal trainer and is able to support members with achieving fitness related goals. Carrie anne also has developed a wide ranging knowledge of weight management and performance.
Also a club competitor, Emanuel works with the Junior and Youth members to develop the fundamental skills.
An experienced competitor at the club, Raul acts as a mentor to Junior and Youth members as well as assisting within sessions.
Gill ensures the club is compliant with all England Boxing regulations and maintains all health and safety matters for the club, coaches and its members.
